Our work includes bespoke custom homes and knock-down rebuilds for private clients, along with residential projects for property developers.
For private clients, projects are generally suited to complete budgets in the $1.2M to $2M range. We discuss the site, plans and budget early to establish whether the project is likely to be the right fit.
Focused on the part of Brisbane we know best
Our work is concentrated across Brisbane’s inner south, generally within 10 kilometres of the CBD on the southside of the river.
Many of the projects we take on involve established properties where the existing home is being replaced with something better suited to the owner’s needs.
For clients, that means working with a builder whose core work is centred on custom homes and knock-down rebuilds in the same area they are looking to build.
