Before you choose a plan

Can the floor plans be changed?

Yes. The plans are intended to be used either as shown or as a starting point for further design. What can be changed will depend on the plan, block and extent of the modifications.

How do I know if a plan will fit my block?

We will need to consider the dimensions of the property, orientation, site conditions and relevant planning requirements before confirming whether a particular plan is suitable.

Can I use one of these plans for a knock-down rebuild?

Potentially. The suitability of the plan will depend on your existing block and the requirements that apply to the site.

Can I bring my own floor plan instead?

Yes. If you already have plans prepared by an architect, building designer or draftsperson, we can review them and work towards a construction price once the required information is complete.

Do the plans come with pricing?

The client intends for the floor plans to provide a useful indication of relevant pricing, but the exact pricing structure and inclusions still need to be confirmed before this is published.

Final project cost will also depend on the block, site conditions, finishes and any changes made to the plan.

What happens if I find a plan I like?

Send us the plan you are considering along with some information about your block and the changes you have in mind. We can then discuss whether it is likely to suit the site and what the next step would be.
